Our Office

Hey Guys!

Thanks for stopping buy again! Are you sure you´re not lost?

We wanted you to really, really get to know us, not just the things we make, so I will now give you a small tour of our offices and team.

To start off here are some of our toys and collectibles, we sure love to have toys around! You can´t go wrong with Mickey or some Adventure Time, you name it we got everything here.

THE TEAM

Next let´s take a quick look at the team, the crazyness behind this whole operation, the people that work hard to make all of our projects possible. The ones that all come to work in PJ´s on Friday´s...Nah!!! I´ve tried to convince them, they just won´t!

This funny looking fellow is Bryan! He is our Creative Director, be sure to come to this guy if you need some crazy but amazing ideas!

 

 Here is Daniel. He is the ninja of post - production. It doesn´t get any better than this!

 Here goes the master mind behind it all, you see his messy desk back there, they say the messier the desk the better artist they are, (nobody really said that, that´s just how we justify our messy desk´s over here). His name is Leo, he´s our CEO, Director, Boss, The Big Guy, signs our checks, well you get the picture. He is apparently a VIP around here I haven´t really figured out why, it might be the tophat he wears to work everyday.

Now, last but not least, that´s me! My name is Viviana. What do I do? Well for one I write this blog, isn´t that enough? I also write all the scrips for our animated series´, and my oficial title is Production Coordinator, I make sure we all run a tight shift around here and I really enjoy doing it!

Have I told you we live in sunny Costa Rica! Yes, that´s all the way in Central America, some even call it paradise! That´s why we have all those amazing flowers everywhere.

I still haven´t gotten permission from the rest of the team to put their picture up, I´m pretty sure they just wanna prepare better to make their big debut! As soon as I get a hold on them I will post the pics up!

Ep.1 - Turbo Zoombies

Hi Guys!

Soo... after one of us said, hey let´s make a new cartoon, (that´s how we make decisions around here) we actually realized that meant to write stories, so we got straight to work, and what better why to start than to go with Zombies, Superhereos and Outerspace. It was so obvious Right?

.....We really don´t get out much....

After we sent the script to our amazing voice actors (they are truly out of this world amazing! Love you Jason and Kathy!) we realized we had wrote Zoombies everywhere in the script, instead of Zombies so what should a serious, established and very smart animation studio do in this case?..... Well I think it´s obvious... we rolled with it!

Basically the storyline is that Kelvin and Flux are super excited to watch the the sequel of their favorite movie ever ... Turbo Zoombies, and that somehow takes them to have to use the most elaborate costumes ever seen....judge it yourself!

Amazing costume right? I know!!!! You would never now it was him! 

Then they even take a visit to one of the scariest villians house, Dark Matter!

He doesn´t look so bad, does he!  WELL HE IS! HE´S HORRIBLE! (not really) But yes, Really Evil!

Oh! and of course the unfourtanate deaths of some very cute creatures named... Little Mellows, doesn´t that name just ooze cuteness! Spoiler alert: You might cry a couple of times while watching this episode.

Main Characters Design

Hey Guys!

Thanks for stopping by! You probably don´t have nothing to do, or accidently got sent to this blog, but that´s ok, if you intentionally came here, WOW THANKS! Wanna be our BFF?

For our first post we wanted to get right to it! and show you some character designs for our main characters.

This whole Volta Kid series is basically about a superheroe kid (but with no real powers.....ok but he is a really cool and smart kid who wears an amazing aerodinamic superheroe outfit...ok,ok he is just a little boy who wears tights and has earphones!!... I think that´s what that is.).

He runs/travels in his ultracool space ship-house-headcourters, (it´s this cool thing that flies) around the galaxy with his best friend, a big fat ball of slime and ..... his Grandpa (ok, this is really bad!) But!!! they do solve crime, defeat the scariest villians and constantly try to avoid catastrofes, and the destruction of the universe and other important things like that, all of this while going thru tons of different super hilarious, cool, and life defying situations (I get paid to say all this), which mostly don´t make any sense, but does...... here comes the good part, keep us busy from Mon to Friday and will give you something to watch when you are bored.

So, like I was saying, it all revolves around, Kelvin Magnetic, the funny looking kid in superheroe tights, who constantly wears earphones, or so it seems, for no apparent reason.

Looks cute, right? Don´t get lured in, he is a terrifying fighting machine!!!

When you have a superhereo you couldn´t miss a henchman too encourage all his dumb ideas, so that´s where Flux comes in, he´s the purple fat gooey looking fellow below. He´s pretty much your typical best friend, goofy, very in touch with his feminine side and gets into the most ridicious situations that crack you up and basically that´s why you are still best friends with him. Here is a picture of him and the consecuences of one of those really funny situations.

Last but not least, the coolest one of them all and just cause we thought old men, especially Grandpa´s are pretty funny, Dr. Magnetic!!!!!!!!! It´s the old looking fellow, who has a wheel instead of legs and also doesn´t have no powers, or is super smart or anything like that. (Who´s in charge of our charcter design anyway?, That guy must be missing a screw!)
